Problem 1.

When you upgrade the rare item version 1.09 (same as boots, gloves, belts and helmets), the room disappears with the message “the connection is disconnected” and you will not be able to access it for the next 15 minutes.

And all rooms corresponding to the same ip suffer from the same symptoms. (“Connection is disconnected”)

There are bad users who abuse this method all day and continue to do the same thing.
They enjoy and mock users as they watch them suffer.

This is a clear game system error.

Please take quick action to suit Blizzard’s reputation.

Problem 2.

Continuous queues have created completely impossible to access the game.
I’m not sure if it’s related to the aforementioned problem.
When creating a room, the queue does not decrease at some point.
It’s completely impossible to access the game over a few days.
If you look at the list of game rooms created, you can see that there is not one.
I hope this doesn’t happen when you pay for the game and enjoy it.
